1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ku99 website, mobile interface, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). They constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and ku99. By registering an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting activity on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

ku99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account and use the ku99 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ku99 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy. Underage gambling is illegal and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be a resident or be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must register using accurate, truthful, and complete personal information. Providing false information — including name, date of birth, address, or contact details — is grounds for immediate termination of your account.
• Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under your own identity or another — is strictly prohibited and may lead to permanent account suspension.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of ku99 or any of its affiliated partners or game providers.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

ku99 supports a range of local and international payment methods to serve Bangladesh-based players efficiently. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial activity on the Platform:

• Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• The minimum deposit is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000 unless otherwise stated on the Platform. Maximum limits are subject to your account verification tier.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. ku99 is not liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
• All funds deposited and won on the Platform must be withdrawn only to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited and may trigger a full account review.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

ku99 offers a variety of promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and special event promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and seasonal festivals including Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier is stated on each promotion's page.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the stated wagering requirements have been met in full.
• ku99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion without prior notice if abuse, fraud, or technical issues are detected.
• Only one bonus promotion may be active per account at any given time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to combine non-combinable bonuses will result in their forfeiture.

5. Responsible Gaming and Prohibited Conduct

ku99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a fair, secure environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, permanent banning, and/or legal action:

• Any form of cheating, collusion, use of bots or automated software, or exploiting software bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or any other financial manipulation of the Platform's payment systems.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once (bonus abuse). ku99 uses advanced verification tools to detect and act on such behaviour.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party, allowing others to operate your account, or accessing another user's account without authorisation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content featured on the ku99 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software interfaces, graphics, game assets, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of ku99 or its licensed partners and game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, transmit, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without express prior written consent from ku99. Unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute a violation of applicable intellectual property laws and will be pursued accordingly.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ku99 and its officers, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. This includes — without limitation — loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any technical failures resulting in interrupted gameplay.

While ku99 employs industry-standard SSL encryption, two-factor authentication options, and fair play certification protocols, it cannot warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or security breaches at all times. Players use the Platform at their own risk and are encouraged to contact support immediately if any suspicious activity is identified on their account.

8. Modifications, Suspension, and Termination

ku99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Platform at any time and without prior notice. This includes individual game titles, payment methods, promotional offers, and any feature of the Platform. ku99 will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance or significant downtime.

ku99 may terminate or suspend your account with immediate effect and without notice if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or if required to do so by any applicable regulatory or law enforcement authority. Upon termination, all pending bonus balances will be forfeited. Any verified real-money balance will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure after a compliance review.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be addressed by contacting ku99's customer support team at [email protected]. ku99 will make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes within 30 calendar days of receipt of a formal written complaint. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties may seek resolution through independent arbitration or competent legal jurisdiction. ku99 does not guarantee any particular legal outcome and players are encouraged to seek independent legal advice if required.
